This workshop will empower women and non-binary leaders, change agents, and entrepreneurs to co-create solutions to the barriers hindering their advancement — including an exploration of how personal patterns like overworking, people-pleasing, or hyper-independence can shape your leadership, and how to shift them. This interactive, outside-the-box session will generate WE’VE GOT THIS momentum in rising leaders!

This workshop helps participants be better able to:

• Discover new creative approaches to leadership
• Discover and own their voice, vision, values and leadership style
• Define barriers to participation in decision-making & co-create new solutions
