Adriana Leigh is an award-winning international changemaker and founder of ALG Consulting. A former workplace human rights lawyer turned facilitator, she brings over twenty years of global experience working at the intersection of trauma-sensitive leadership and inclusive workplace culture.
She has collaborated with organizations worldwide, including the United Nations and public- and private-sector organizations, helping leaders build safer, more human-centered workplaces. Adriana lives in Montreal, Canada.
