In this session, you will build your individual and collective capacity to create a culture of well-being in your team/organization.
This tailored workshop helps you be better able to:
- Articulate and identify what well-being means to you and your team
- Identify and apply a trauma-informed approach to your work and your own well-being, including concepts of vicarious trauma & resilience
- Apply new strategies for maintaining individual and collective well-being in your work, with a focus on supporting women in your team/organization
