This one-month bundle is ideal if you are not sure what you need or could benefit from support to prioritize initiatives. Allotted time = 5 days. ALG will hold a kick off call to provide a needs assessment, develop a workplan and provide follow up-recommendations.
This six-month package is recommended for organizations who could benefit from ongoing advisory services, but do not need policy development or training. This bundle can be used for case consultations and implementation coaching in addition to learning and development services. Allotted time = 20 days. ALG will hold a kick off call to provide a needs assessment, followed by development of a workplan to estimate time and deliverables over the six months. We develop a tailored, flexible workplan, providing an estimate of how the days in the bundle will be allocated, so that you can plan accordingly. We are available for monthly meetings to support you with pain points and take stock of our plan.
The six-month Foundations Advanced package is recommended for organizations that could benefit from all ALG services, including ongoing policy review support, capacity building and training. In addition, we offer transformative conflict resolution/1:1 sensitivity coaching to our foundations advanced clients. Allotted time = 24 days. ALG will hold a kick off call to provide a needs assessment, followed by development of a workplan to estimate time and deliverables over the six months. We develop a tailored, flexible workplan, providing an estimate of how the days in the bundle will be allocated, so that you can plan accordingly. We are available for monthly meetings to support you with pain points and take stock of our plan.
